Borosilicate Vial Pack

Borosilicate Vial Pack from PX Scientific Goods, manufactured to a repeatable specification and inspected before dispatch. Dimensional and volumetric figures conform to the stated class at 20 °C.

Care and handling

Autoclavable at 121 °C where marked. Hand wash or use a laboratory-grade detergent; avoid abrasive scouring, which creates nucleation sites and shortens service life.

What is included

The item in the size or pack you select, with any closures or fittings listed on the packaging. Documentation is available on request for orders that require it.

Ordering notes

Stocked sizes dispatch on the next business day. If you need a size we do not list, contact us before ordering and we will confirm availability and lead time in writing.

Specification and conformance

Dimensional and volumetric figures apply to the item as supplied, measured at 20 °C. Where a tolerance class is stated it is the manufacturer’s declared class for that production lot, and conformance documentation can be issued on request for orders that require it for a quality record. Materials are selected for chemical compatibility with routine laboratory reagents and for repeatability between lots, so a consumable you standardise on this quarter behaves the same way next quarter.

Storage and service life

Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight and out of the path of solvent vapour. Inspect before each use and withdraw any item showing cracks, crazing, discoloration, deformation or a compromised seal. Service life depends far more on handling and cleaning technique than on age, and consistent technique is the cheapest quality control available on any bench.
